My approach to nutrition is that food is the gateway to our health, as well as being a tasty meal.
Eating should be a joy and knowing that the choices we are making support our health only adds to the pleasure. There are no guilty treats, just considered choices about what to eat and how often.
We are all unique individuals with different influences on our health. Over time, our health levels and needs will change. Factors such as work, family, lifestyle, stress or simply getting older all play a part. But although change is inevitable, decline into poor health isn’t.
